WHY RUN CROSS COUNTRY?

Cross Country has no bench. Everybody who is eligible and healthy runs. If you want to help the team you can. No one can stop you from being your best.

 Coaches do the workouts. Ever think it’s easy for a coach to give you a workout because they aren’t doing it? It won’t happen here. The coaches are runners and they are out there with you. You will never do anything that they won’t do.

 It’s different. Cross Country runners don’t follow the crowd. They lead it, or make their own.

 Find your limits, and then surpass them. You will learn that you are capable of much more than you think you are.

 Be part of a team. Every person on a Cross Country team is important.

 Anybody can do it! Anybody can run. Anybody can be successful. You make the choices.

 Earn your varsity letter.

WHAT IS CROSS COUNTRY?

Running the way it was meant to be.

 Trees, fields, dirt, mud, water, gravel, you name it we run on it.

 Exciting locations

 High School runs 3.1 miles

 Middle School Runs 2 miles

 No time outs, no substitutions, no bench, no wimps!
